Refund policy

We take great care in packing and shipping our products. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, we are happy to assist you.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product, or

  • You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered)

We do not accept returns for any other reasons.

Return Process

To initiate a return request:

  1. Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share clear images of:

    • The damaged or incorrect product

    • The outer packaging (parcel)

Requests without proper images may not be approved.

Replacement or Refund

  • Once your request is verified, a replacement or refund will be initiated.

  • The replacement or refund will be processed within 2 business days after approval.

  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.

Important Notes

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet the above conditions.
